Hannah-Rae Sabyan is finishing her fifth year at the University of Toronto, Specializing in Drama and Majoring in English. At the Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies she focused on the playwriting, directing and acting streams of the program. Her performance credits include: Beckett Shorts (CDTPS MainStage), Antigonick (CDTPS), A Doll’s House (WINDS), Sweet Charity (UC Follies), and Les Miserables (Glass Half Full Productions). As a Director she directed the verbatim piece In Conflict by Douglas Wager (CDTPS) and most recently the greek tragicomedy SEVEN by Ned Dickens (UC Follies). Hannah-Rae Sabyan looks forward to collaborating with and supporting all of the artists in the UC Follies 2017/2018 season.
Emma Davies is a fourth year UC student completing an English and Philosophy double major. This is her second year on the executive, and her third year working with the follies having been part of the ensemble for the UC Follies production of Legally Blonde the Musical. She has also previously been nominated for a Drama Coalition Award for her costume design. Emma is thrilled to be working with the exec, and hopes you enjoy the 2017/18 season
Nicole Karges is excited to be spending her last year at the University of Toronto with the UC Follies. She has trained at the Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies for the last three years and is thankful for the opportunity to remain in the UofT theatre sphere. She has been performing, directing and creating various theatre and film pieces in Toronto over the course of her university degree. Some of her recent performance credits include co-creating/directing and performing in Inamorata’s Picaza for the 2017 Toronto Fringe Festival, In Conflict, and the short film Annabelle (Sheraton). Nicole is very excited to be acting as unofficial Creative Advisor to the Follies while also being super thrilled to be amongst such insanely talented people.
