Mark moves in with his white girlfriend, hides the truth from his traditional Chinese parents out of fear, and conflict, or perhaps, combat, ensues. With the Drummer’s crash of gong, reality soon turns into fantasy as the satirical world of the Yellow Claw intertwines with the lives of Mark, Sally, Li Fen, and Kim and the investigation of what it means to be Canadian is unleashed.
